In order to complete the verification process for your Sesame Online account, you should provide a high-resolution clear color copy of one of the following identification documents of yours:
- ID Card (front and back);
or
- Passport (complete photo page).
If during the registration process, you have filled in an address, different from the one covered on your ID card, we would kindly ask you to provide us a full, clear copy (showing your names, address, and issuing date) of one of the following documents, issued within the last three months:
- Bank statement (if you choose to send a credit card statement, please mask the middle 6 digits on it);
- Utility bill (for example, electricity, water, phone, Internet);
- A document issued by an official institution in the last three months, showing your names and current address.
In order to successfully verify your account, please bear in mind that all the copies you provide have to be a color image of high quality, with clearly visible information. The file formats our system accepts are *jpg, JPEG, *png, *pdf. Also, make sure all four ends of the chosen document are visible on the copy provided.
The fastest way to complete the KYC process is through the Documents section in the Profile of your account.
Note: In case the documents provided need to be verified manually, it would normally require 1-2 working days for the process to be completed. We might contact you if we need additional information. The same applies to the additional verification process. You should receive a confirmation email once the verification is completed. You may also check your verification status at any time in the Documents section of your Profile.
